This evening we set off on a run..errr jog...ok ok we walked a bit! But in my defense, I have not run in over a year because I was too busy being pregnant and having a newborn, but sadly I have no more excuses, hence our 3 mile outing.
My legs are not amused - I think I may have a full body mutiny on my hands by tomorrow.
